How are the courses conducted?
Depending on the dynamics of you teams, we offer courses both online and face-to-face, at the company’s headquarters or our center.
The courses are organized in 30-hour modules, with 2 sessions per week to ensure a frequency intended to facilitate a rapid learning process.
The courses are adapted to the levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference, from A1 to C1 and on the learning needs of the participants.
Steps to follow to enroll on our courses
1. Give us an estimate on the number of employees you want to involve in the learning process
2. We will analyze the demand and desired objectives and come up with a solution proposal based on the number of employees
2. We will assess the level of all participants and their learning needs and come up with proposals for grouping them according to both level and needs.
3. We establish the course schedule based on the center’s capabilities and the availability of the course participants.
